We are looking for a Advanced Duty Collections Agent to join the Account Receivables team.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

Your focus will be primarily on managing and coordinating cash collection and query handling. All of this in an efficient and cost-effective manners that are aligned with our process guidelines and policies. Next to this, you'll work towards a structural solution for reoccurring collection issues. For this to succeed you'll need to communicate with service centers and gateways where shipments are being held for payment.

Coordinate the resolution of customs disputes according to escalation procedures;
You'll manage a variety of databases and programs to provide timely responses to our customers;
Contribute your knowledge and expertise toward resolving reoccurring advanced duty collection issues;
Communicate with external stakeholders;
Resolve customs disputes.

With your experience in the complex customer service field, you know exactly how to relate to customers' problems. You have a passion for genuinely interacting, helping and inspiring customers. You are fluent in English and Dutch and are native in an additional language (German or French);
You have great communications skills;
You're customer orientated and emphatic;
You know how to multitasks and work in a team;
You have strong IT skills.
