Do you have what it takes?
· 1-2 years of relative experience in human resources
· Exposure to or interest in labour relations and labour law
· Bilingual - French and English (Asset)
· Intermediate Excel proficiency
· Experience in HRIS/data analytics is an asset
· Flexibility in terms of working hours
· High level of attention to detail and analytics
· Responsible and able to solve problems
· Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
· Ability to learn quickly and organized
· Strong customer focus and ability to communicate at all levels
